We require project documents / shop drawings to be forwarded to us. We base our labor rate and total labor cost estimate based on:

• Project specifications
• Location and working conditions
• Timeframe and deadlines
• Other risk factors, if any

It normally takes 3 days to 1 week before we submit our estimate. We take our time in going through the project details.

We draft contracts with clauses that keeps our business relationship a fair and just transaction. If the Glass Contractor is the one to provide the contract for us to sign, we shall review every contract clause carefully and should there be any unbearable risks to us, we are open to talk about possible revision of the contract prior signing.
