It’s another LJM Glass Service project venture under Clark Construction Group. After working on previous successful projects with Glass and Metals Inc as the full service glass contractor and Clark Construction Group as the General Contractor, most recently the Inova Dwight and Martha Schar Institute, our work with them continues on.

Kaiser Permanente

We at LJM Glass Service are very grateful for the opportunities given our way but we have been working diligently in being worthy of them. We are proud of what we have accomplished so far and are exhilarated about the newest project we have with them.

Kaiser Permanente signed the deal in April 2017 to become the first office tenant for the 2.7M SF mixed-use development New Carrollton Metro. Kaiser Permanente’s new Mid-Atlantic facility is ready to undergo glazing. The exterior facade will consist of precast panels and a combination of punched and strip glazing units.
